Flora Chong

Flora Chong ​is the Founder of Simplify Health, bringing over 20 years’ experience across healthcare, aged care/NDIS, and governance. A registered Occupational Therapist and Non- Executive Director, she combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver sustainable allied health solutions.
Flora has worked across hospitals, community health, and aged care—including Aegis, Juniper, and South Metropolitan Health Service—and co-founded a GP and allied health practice serving older and vulnerable populations in 2015. Through board and executive roles, she has contributed to organisational strategy, clinical governance, and service innovation. At Simplify Health, she partners with aged care home-care providers and the disability Sector to deliver flexible allied health services aligned with evolving regulatory and funding frameworks.

Sabrah Imtiaz

Sabrah Imtiaz holds a master’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, registered with Dietitians Australia.
She works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, individualised care, with extensive experience managing chronic conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and gastrointestinal disorders. She also has a strong interest in supporting clients with weight management across the lifespan with specialty in aged care, disability and bariatric health care.
Sabrah Imtiaz is committed to providing compassionate, sensitive care that fosters sustainable behaviour change. Her passion for cooking and exploring new food products enables her to offer practical, creative, and evidence-based nutrition recommendations.

Lok Wong

Lok Wong is a qualified Occupational Therapist (Hons, Curtin University) with clinical experience across aged care, rehabilitation, hand therapy, NDIS and community settings. Lok delivers comprehensive assessments, cognitive screening, functional capacity evaluations, and equipment prescription for older adults and NDIS participants. He has a strong interest in restorative rehabilitation and adaptive, evidence-based interventions that enhance independence and quality of life. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Lok works effectively with culturally diverse clients and families.
He is skilled in a wide range of standardised assessments and works closely with medical, allied health, and care coordination teams to support discharge planning, assistive technology prescription, and goal-focused therapy. His approach combines clinical precision with compassionate, person-centred care to maximise functional outcomes across the lifespan.

Savina Rego

Savina Rego is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of Dietitians Australia, with experience across community, aged care, and clinical settings since graduating from Curtin University in 2013.
She has a strong focus on weight management and chronic disease care, particularly type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Savina also shares evidence-based nutrition education online as The Savvy Dietitian, where she supports individuals to build sustainable, long-term healthy habits through practical understanding of food and nutrition.
