About the Founder – Flora Chong
Flora Chong is the Founder of Simplify Health, a visionary leader bringing over 20 years of experience across health care, aged care, and governance. With a dual background as a registered Occupational Therapist and a Non-Executive Director in the aged care sector, Flora combines deep clinical insight with strategic acumen to help organisations deliver quality, sustainable allied health solutions.
Flora has worked extensively across hospitals, community health, and aged care settings, at Aegis Aged Care, Juniper, and South Metropolitan Health Service. She co-founded and managed Kaleeya Health Pty Ltd, a GP and allied health business providing care to older adults and vulnerable populations, gaining hands-on experience in business operations, compliance, and service innovation.
As a former Non-Executive Director of ECHO Community Services , Flora understands the challenges of Support at Home and has contributed to organisational strategy, clinical governance, and innovation initiatives that enhance service delivery across aged care and community health.
Through Simplify Health, Flora brings together her clinical expertise, business leadership, and governance experience to partner with aged care providers and home-care organisations—offering flexible, allied health services that align with evolving regulatory and funding frameworks.
